What is the misdemeanor pick up radius?

My boyfriend has a misdemeanor in Paw Paw MI and he is in Traverse City County jail right now. He got arrested for driving on a suspended license, was bailed out, and didn't go to court. Will they send him down there after he's done serving his time in Traverse or will they let it go?
