Bail bondsman business?

im from texas, so im going by our laws. 1 is right. soliciter and agent. 2, you can act as a bounty hunter and bring people in but i dont believe you can 'arrest' them per say against their will. and 3 is right as well. the government doesnt like to be in debt any more than it has too. if you have 500,000 they wont let you 'overdraft'. thats how it is here.
