Does the APC Back-UPS XS 1000 unit have a built-in GFCI?

Hi, I was wondering if my apc back-ups xs 1000 unit have ground fault circuit interrupter(gfci) built in or that i would have to buy one. I ask because i live in an old apartment building with no ground on its oulet. I want to protect my computer from surges or other danger that might damage my equipments.
