DUI Problems - Need Advice?

Here is my problem. About four months ago I got in trouble for a DUI. I was drunk on Four Loco's, which there has been huge problems with and in same states are banned. Anyway, I was toasted and I ended up crashing my moms friends truck into a pole. No damage was done to the pole though. I was not arrested at the time because they took my blood and I've been awaiting the results. Well today those results came back in and they told my moms friend it was 1.05. I just got my first apartment, my first scooter and I just got a job as well. Which I didn't have any at the time and was living with my mother. So, I need to know what I'm looking at as far as punishment goes. Will I get jail time or probation? I know that fines are inevitable but I need to know how possible a jail sentence is. This is my first offense. Also, I've not been arrested and they just got the results today. Will I be arrested or get a summons? Also, with the scooter I just got, will they still allow me to drive it? At least to work? I've heard of the hardship license for DUI offenders but what do you think? This is my first offense, if that matters. Also, there is no way that I know of for a blow tester to be put on a scooter, so how will that work? The scooter is my only way to work, which is all the way across town and without it I wouldn't have any way to work. So, will they consider that? At the time, my life was crap, no job, no car and living at home. My life since the DUI has turned upside down and is greater then it's ever been. Will the courts take that into consideration? How much better my life is now as compared to then? So, anyone who knows or is going through/gone through what I'm going through please tell me what I'm facing here. I'm 24 with no priors too.
