Has anyone used ovulation testing kits and been successful getting pregnant when having PCOS?

Hi I am 30 year old we have been TTC for nearly 2 and half years. We went to see a specialist and i was advised that i appeared to have PCOS!! and theY will help us when i get my weight down to a health BMI.So i have worked hard and come down nearly 3 stone. I am just there now and we are going to go back to the clinic. But we wanted to try again using Clear blue ovulation kits. I know they say they may not work with women with PCOS but my symptoms are very small mainly just over weight that was all.So we started back using them.I have a regular period every 27-28 days the odd occasion maybe once a year a 30 day.This month i tested with OPK and got a positive surge on day 10.! we had intercourse day 10, I tested day 11 and got a positive so we had intercourse11, 12 ,just to give us the best chance .I tested day13 also there was no surge detected but we had intercourse just to be sure!!! Has anyone had this situation and got pregnant ??
