How do I get promoted in my cadet force?

I do CCF (Combined Cadet Force) and Im in the army section. I've nearly done it 2 years now. I've done alot of the camps but I'm still a cadet, all my mates are getting promoted and people that are younger than me are. I've got my full APC. I'm doing some rememberance day collections next week but I'm still not promoted and I really need to finish my career at a high rank such as RSM, CSM for my hopefully future career. I'd like to go to wellbeck then sandhurst so I need some promotions. Does anyone know what I need to do? Btw Im in a uk cadet force. Cheers for anyone with anygood information.
