How Long Do You Think They'll Give My Husband?

Well u said something about snow so I guess ur not in fl!but I am and here we have a 3 strikes law and if its ur 3rd time with any charge u go to prison.but in the last for years my ex has gone for VOP-felony for aggravatged battery with a deadly weapon against me when I was holding my son.ur situation doesn't sound like he was doing something all that bad.but I don't know how ur state is with possesion.the longest my ex was ever in jail was 7 months.and that was for VOP
