How to get a no contact order lifted in south carolina?

My husband was arrested on a bogus cdv because i fell and busted my face and then my ex husband was being spiteful and called dss on me and they saw my face and assumed the worst And now the judge has issued a no contact order until his court date even though the situation was explained and I told him I didn't threatened for myself or my children's safety!
