Woman Please help and answer my question i'm so confused?

My last full period was January 4th, I have a short Luteal Phase I ovulated January 28th I used OPK and detected LH Surge. On February 6th still no period. I took a few test and I got 3 very light Positive test. I was sure this was my month .February 7th I started spotting, just enough to notice when I wiped. February 8th it picked up no clotts just a little more red blood. Enough to use a pad but only really needed one all day. The 9th it stopped, the 10th it started Brown spotting and 11th and today still barely spotting but is light and brown blood sorry TMI. IT is the 12th of February and my hips are out of place hurt like hell, which happened with both my pregnancy, my dr said it happened because at the first sight of pregnancy your body starts preparing for delivery well I Have a hip desease and my hips cant handle pregnancy or delivery. My breast still hurt, nausea off and on, I keep having this weird twitch in my uterus, test are negative, I know with short luteal you can get pregnant but your body says it's period time and it flushes the baby away. I'm wondering if any woman have had a short luteal got pregnant your body pushed your period on but you still ended up pregnant? I don't know what to think and just am looking for answers, me and my fiance have been trying for number 3 for a year. We have an app for fertility on tuesday and I am taking b6 vitamin right now. please no mean answers.
