I dont feel in love anymore..what to do?

My husbands penis has turned into an inny over the years and we cant even have sex anymore. He eats everything in the house and wont use a toilet so i always find his feces in the bathtub and kitchen sink. I think his mental condition is getting worse and I dont know what to do anymore. He woke up this morning and thought he was susan boyle. He put on my dress and ran outside without any pants on and started singing to our neighbours and almost got arrested if I wasnt there to explain his condition. I feel like I want to leave him, we cant even go out for dinner anymore, the only thing he eats is crisco. If I do leave him where would he go? and what would I do? please help
