Will a probation officer allow me to leave the state to visit immediate family on active duty?

What are the odds a probation officer will allow me to leave the state to visit an immediate family member in an active duty armed service position prior to deployment? I am entering the PA ARD program on the 23rd of Feb, and I will most likely visit my brother who is active duty army deploying to Afghanistan sometime in early march. I was initially arrested on a Schedule I controlled substance DUI, but have since received treatment and have been abstinent of all mind or mood altering substances. Thanks.
