Well as long as this case goes on she must obey that no contact order or she will get locked up again. If she got bailed or Release on her own Recognizance then she will be pretty much have to law low until the case goes to court. Domestic violence cases are rough on both parties. One side gets the no contact order while the other gets arrested. Domestic violence charges are Felonies and sometimes can get plead down to misdemeanor harassment charges based upon the evidence at trial. Good luck and tell her that no contact means no contact. If she is harassed or threatened by him at any time tell her to report that immediately to the police so they have a record of it.
