Is it bad if during the 'implantation stage' before you have a positive preg test?

Pretty much this early in pregnancy things you have eaten and done shouldn't effect the fetus. My advice to you is that if you know your pregnant, start doing everything you can for the baby. Don't stress over what you happened before you knew you were pregnant.
